We understand that once you have placed your order you will be keen to receive it as soon as possible,so your order is packed promptly and dispatched in the most efficient way for the size of your parcel and your delivery address.

ORDERS OVER $100 – Free Shipping Australia Wide. Our Free Shipping policy applies to every order over $100, you don’t have to purchase a specific product or enter a special code. If you buy more than $100 worth of products from our store we will send it anywhere in Australia free.

ORDERS UNDER $100 Regular Shipping of $9.90 applies.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

SHIPPING TO ALL STATES OF AUSTRALIA (EXCEPT NT) We use: Toll Priority Couriers (delivering to most parts of Australia in 2 to 3 working days )or Australia Post e-parcel service or Australia Post satchels.

NORTHERN TERRITORY or PO BOX ADDRESS If you live in Northern Territory or use a PO BOX as your shipping address, then we will send your parcel via Australia Post e-parcel service or via Australia Post satchels.

NOTIFICATIONS : You will receive an email you to let you know when your item has been posted. You will also receive a tracking number from Toll Couriers or Australia Post so that you can track your item on its way to you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS with SIGNATURE REQUIRED : All items require a signature when they arrive to confirm their safe delivery to you. If you are not home then the delivery service Toll or Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox with your local address for collection. We recommend a shipping address where someone is most likely available to sign for the parcel eg a work address, business address, or a residential address where someone is likely to be home.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE : If you request that your items be left at your delivery address in a safe place without a signature then your order will be delivered to your address. Huggle Baby Carriers is not responsible for any parcels that go missing after delivery to your delivery address.

DISPATCH :  Your order  will be dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been received. If for some reason there is a delay in posting your items, you will be notified via email or phone.

CORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS : Please ensure that your contact and shipping details are correct. We will ship to the delivery address stated on your order. In the event that a parcel is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, a $15 postage fee on standard baby carrier parcels will be charged for resending costs.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

PRODUCTS UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY: Bella’s Little Ones will replace items that are faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing issue. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to advise us if your item is damaged. All products are thoroughly checked before we ship them to ensure they are in in excellent condition. Please refer to your manufacturers warranty.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible as we can not refund once your order has been shipped. If you notify us that you would like to cancel or change your order before your order has been packed and shipped then we are still able to add to your order or make a change to products or cancel your order and refund your money using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order.

CHANGE OF MIND/GIFT EXCHANGE:Please choose carefully. We are a retailer of brand new products.  Due to Hygiene reasons we are unable to receive back products that have been used. We will receive back product that is brand new (not been worn) and still in its original packaging /boxing, with the following conditions:

        • 1) The sender will arrange and pay for the return post of the parcel to us
        • 2) Your purchase amount will be refunded or a credit issued towards another product of your choice. This will be your purchase amount less a $15 restocking and rehandling fee.

If you are buying a gift for someone and don’t know what to choose, you may want to consider our beautiful Gift Vouchers. If you prefer to purchase a specific gift and the gift recipient would like a different model or colour we are happy to change this over: with the following conditions:

      • 1) The sender will arrange and pay for the return post of the parcel to us
      • 2) A credit will be issued towards another product of your choice. This will be your purchase amount less a $15 restocking and rehandling fee.
      • 3) Once your product is received by us we will promptly dispatch your new product.
      • 4) If you are wanting to exchange your product please email us first to advise your details and reason for return.

PACKING ERROR: We work really to get things right but we are human and if we have incorrectly packed the wrong item for you then we will pay for postage of this item back to us and re-dispatch your correct parcel to you ASAP (at our cost).
