How long does shipping take?

  • Orders received by 12.00noon are packed and dispatched on that same day
  • We do all we can to ensure your parcel is shipped promptly with the most efficient service for the size of your parcel and your delivery address
  • We recommend providing a business/work address or somewhere where someone is available in working hours to receive and sign for your parcel.
  • You parcel will be booked for 1 x complimentary free delivery – if no one is available at the time of delivery for signing – then a card will be left with an address for your collection.
  • If you choose to use a residential shipping address -in the event that no one is home at the time of delivery – you do have the option to provide Special Instructions/Comments on your order eg Authority to leave – leave on front deck. ( at your risk) Otherwise a collection address card will be left for you.
  • Toll Priority Couriers for most of our Baby Carrier orders to all States (except NT)

Typical Deliveries to all states with Toll is 2 – 3 Working days. (except NT)

Australia Post e-parcel or satchel service for:

  • PO BOX or Parcel locker address and more remote areas.
  • Northern Territory and some QLD addresses,
  • Extra large or smaller parcels.

Can I have my parcel sent Express Post?

  • Yes if you would like the Express Post option- this is available for $15.00. (for Baby Carriers and small parcels)
  • Please call us on 1800998116 so we process your order over the phone and can activate this Express service for you.

What is the difference between a 2, 3, 4 and 6 positional carriers?

Ergonomic Soft Structured Baby carriers are a fantastic way to keep your baby feeling safe, cuddle close and connected. There are a variety of carry positions depending on the age and stage of your baby’s development and ability to support themselves in a sitting position.

2 position carriers– offer:

  • Baby facing in
  • Baby carried on my back ( recommended from 6 months)

3 position carriers – offer:

  • Baby facing in
  • Baby carried on back ( recommended from 6 months)
  • Hip Carry – baby is secured on your hip – many children love this side snuggle position which enables them to also be able to snuggle and look forwards.

4 Position Carriers offer:

  • Baby facing in
  • Baby carried on back ( recommended from 6 months)
  • Hip Carry – baby is secured on your hip – many children love this side snuggle position which enables them to also be able look forwards.
  • Front Carry with Baby Facing outwards (recommended from 6 months once baby has developed core strength and efficient neck and head control in independent sitting.

6 position Carriers: eg the lillebaby complete carrier – offer all of the 4 positions plus 2 customised seat variations to customise your carrier in the first 12 months. (see demonstration videos on our website)

My baby is Newborn to 5 months – do I need anything special to use with a Soft Structured Carrier?

In the early developmental months whilst your baby is developing their core strength and head and neck muscle control – it is important to ensure that your baby is well supported with additional support for their spine and neck and head muscles.
